How do you make a knot in a tie?

How do you make a NO TIE- NO KNOT fleece blanket?

• this question has been posted but was not asking bout how exactly you make this, Im searching for instructions on how to make a NO TIE fleece blankets, ive seen one made without the knots,I know you have to make small slits and slip the fringes into them. Any instructions on how to exactly you do this???

  You need to Sew a straight line all the way around the material... like 3 inches in.. or however long you want the fringes on the edge of the blanket to be and then just cut the material from the outside to the line that you just sewed every like 1/2 inch or inch depending on what you want...it's really easy! I've made them.
