What are the requirements for working in a Medical Marijuana Dispensary?

Yes, I live in California.So I am looking for a job that best suits me.Don't get me wrong I am not a pot head, I just know a lot about pot and kush and soon to have enough knowledge to open one of my dispensaries of my own.What I would like to know is the requirements in working there such as age,experience, or anything that would help me achieve my goal in working there.

In California this is actually quite easy. All you need is a medical marijuana card and then talk to a medical marijuana dispensary on how they got started. All you should need to do is sign some paperwork and get a license from the county you open your dispensary in.
