What's your worst "Customer Service" experience?

O lord, I wanted to return a top I had been given for my birthday at Goody’s. I wanted to change it for a completely different top as I didn’t like that one. I went in and asked to exchange blah blah blah. Well the cashier is probably my age. She looks at it and says “this so didn’t come from here” I told her it had and as a matter of fact the tag was still on it. She kept arguing with me saying I had attached the tags myself. I know we argued for at least 30 minutes until the manager got back from break. When the manager got rude I threw the top in the cashier’s face said some obscenities told them they had lost my business and walked out

Probably Ameritech (phone company) many years ago. I was bounced around about 20 times on the phone, than got a very cocky rude representative that mocked me and was very cocky and sarcastic everything she said. I ended up being very firm with her, I reported her to the company, the BBB, and cancelled my service (switched to another company). The BBB complaint when on for 2 years before they ruled in my favor. I didn't switch back for about 5 years after they changed over to SBC!

I went to a Yoshinoya in Rowland Heights CA and there was a thick curly hair in my rice, I went up to tell the employee and she said she would give me a new bowl, she didn't know I was watching and all she did was just put some more rice on top and give it back, it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen! I thing it was a pube! I just left it there and walked out, I will never go back there again!

Ha! My last name has this little Hyphen - in it. Well, my dad needed help with his car thingy, so he called their customer service and asked them for assistence. The lady asked him his name and insurance...blah blah blah. Anyway, so he tells her his last name. She can't find it in the computer. So he spells it. Still can't find it. So he spells it again. D-A-V-I-S Hyphen G-R-E-E-N Then she says "How do you spell Hyphene?"

I called Mexico Embassy to ask about tourist visa. I called more than 7 offices got 7 different answers. they are very very disappointing !

Bell Canada is the worst for me. If I want a land line in my project I have no choice but be with them and they know it. Their service staff are difficult. They refuse to let you speak to a supervisor -- it can take a whole day to speak to a person to resolve your problem. They set up their billing date just outside of the end of the month when most people get money. They are the crappiest company out there.
