How should I write a letter to a woman I've never met who's in a shelter for Violence Against Women Day?

My anthropology class has taken on a side project to bake goodies and a whole Christmas dinner, bring toiletries and basic items such as deordourant, notebooks, chocolate, nice things for women to a local women's shelter is rememberance of the Montreal Masacre and End Violence Against Women Day tomorrow (December 4th). I've decided to write a couple short letters to attach to each bag of goodies to make each woman feel loved and remembered. My problem is that I don't know what to write and I need to write 12 of them. Any ideas?
