Can anyone tell me what is Kwanzaa?

Can anyone please tell me what do you think of this type of music that is a little different ?

• I'm from the country of Vietnam and In Vietnam our culture's music is a little bit different than other countries, we have traditional and folk type of music and we also happen to have pop hip hop and now rap too. But there is this song that I remembered I love listening to it when i was little, It was a song about people finding true love and this song happens to bring back many good memories of my early years in life. I'm currently 19 years old and I still listen to this song, this song was actually remade in the year of 2009 by an new young artist. So can anyone please tell me what do you think of this type of music ?? What are your opinions about this song and this singer ?? Some people thinks it's weird that I listen to songs that are like this. Can anyone please tell me what do you think about this type of music ???   Frankly I prefer the original country music of the SE Asian countries more than copies of western style music done in the native language. The Esaan and Lao music in particular, and I have heard music from the indigenous tribes of VN also, which I think is unique and wonderful. Unfortunately this is simply western, in the Vietnamese language with western clothes and a western set ala Andy Williams 1966. Wasn't this song originally written by a Japanese and made popular in the USA in the early 1960s?
