What qualification do I need to be a social worker?

In need of an explanation of bizarre co-worker?

• This guy I work with named Freddie, keep asking different people about me..he has asked five different people how I am doing, or he'll ask how is everything going on with me,hes called up to my job a few times asking for me, he even told my co-worker Gary, that he would come up to my job, and meet me, but he never showed up,so I called him ,and we had a good conversation,he told me he wants to see me in person, yet when I tried to set up a time for us to meet with each other, he never shows up or calls..Yesterday, his friend/co-worker Jayson,(whom he is really close friends with)called up to my job last night 20 minutes before I get off, the guy Jayson called to speak to my immediate co-worker Gary,just to see how hes doing, and see how everything is going with us.He told him everything was fine,and my co-worker is lokking at me like what the heck is this is about,becausehe was suprised and shocked to get a call from him because he doesn't even know himthat well..so I don't know whats going on?? Additional Details Plus,Freddie told me that he has sexual harassment cases, and he doesnt know if I'm trying to set him up, or recording our conversation..plus hes called up to my job a few times asking for me, and he told myco-worker he was going to come up to my job and meet me, but hes always a no show.
