What steps do I follow to study a problem before making a decision?

Here goes my answer.... * Decide the complexity of the problem, whether is it worth dedicating valuable time for it or is it okay to make a quick decision. * Think of any past situation similiar to the one in hand and if so, what decision was taken then. * Consider or think about the people involved in the problem, if any, and if possible try to consult them about the same and see whether reconciliation is possible or not. * Make ur decision and consult ur elders or ur well wisher regarding the same. * Preview the outcome of the decision u r going to make in ur mind, ask ur conscience. * See the morality of the decision.
