How to write thank you letter for someone forwarding your resume?
-
One recruiter for a company that I met wrote an email to me....saying he has my resume on his desk and some hiring manager from the company asked for it and he wanted me to send him an updated copy. I want to write a short letter thanking him (just few sentences), but I don't know how to start and what to write. Can someone help? thanks!

Answer:
You could write a 2 paragraph letter just saying, "On such and such date, you and I discussed my updated resume (enclosed) for you to forward to blah blah blah. Thank you so much for your kindness in so forwarding my resume to him per our discussion. "If there is anything else you require or would like, please kindly ask. I will do my best to oblige. Thank you again for the opportunity." Make it a confirmation and thank you note. Boom done.
