Who created God, who created Satan or Lucifer, who created heaven, who created hell?

If God is all powerful, then why can't he defeat Satan? Or is Satan just as powerful as God? Incidentally, who's winning the battle?

God created everything. He is more powerful than I am, but I have certain advantages which he does not possess. It's not a question of who is winning. It's about rendering him helpless, so that he cannot harm any of you ever again. He cannot be destroyed, but he can be held and bound. He has lied to you. He is the evil one. If you look closely enough, you will see this clearly. I will never stop trying to save you from him, I swear this to you.

First, God allows Satan to exist for the reason that he gave Satan free will. Satan is not as powerful as God, or else he would have eliminated the "good" in the world entirely. The battle is in your own mind, or soul. THere is no swords and shields battle going on. THink of it as a #'s game. Whomever has the most at the end of the world wins.
