About these crop circles, who is BLT?

I heard that BLT has been scientifically researching these crop circles and are finding that cameras and videos and batteries stop working. The grains gathered in the plants that are in the circles is genetically altered to be better! Manna from heaven? Emoto did water experiments in and outside of the circles and the water under magnification took on the symbolic shape of the pattern! Wow, does anybody know more about this BLT research or any other groups that are conducting scientific research?
