I have a list of plot point(in excell) that result in an upward curve, how do I find the equation of the line. I need the equation to predict other point on that line however I cannot remember how to do so.

If you have shown the trendline for your plot: -Right-click on trendline -Choose Format Trendline... | Options -Check Display equation on chart -Click OK
