What can i do to improve my math grade in intermediate algebra?

• im now in community college, one of the subjects im studying is intermediate algebra, i got a bad grade at the first test because i didnt do the homework and i didnt study well, i did most of the homework on the second spent like 8 hours everyday on the weekend before the test doing math problems, i took the test thought it was a breeze, i was expecting A+ got my paper today and it was 60% i was so frustrated, im so sad right now, i feel like im stupid, and will never improve in math just like my struggle in high school. I want to do computer engineering or computer science, but this is the biggest obstacle in my path, i feel like my dreams are being shattered, i will never be good at math.

  it was so sad to read your story. i hope i can help. but how? may be you need change the attitude about the math, try study every day instate just before the test. also, find some one get help, of course doing home work is basic, if you can do a little bit more, that's will make different. i worry about may be your basic skills and concepts are not good enough. good luck. if you still need help, mail to me, if i can do something.
