How can i make a model of earth`s interior using a styrofoam and a paint?

Styropor dissolves under one solvent in paint so get a water based paint or better yet buy water color. Just paint your ball deeply so it would show nicely. Buy a big ball, say more than 2 feet or better. Use the Wikipedia illustration in choosing your colors. Like you said, cut one quarter of your ball away from it. Use the same color of course in putting up your model. Lastly, if you would noticed, there is a specific depth or thickness for each layer. Use the analogy between the diameter of your ball and the diameter of Earth to make it more realistic. the total cost would be like less than 250 pesos in National Bookstore in SM Bacoor.
