Name me a great movie or DVD you have watched this past couple of years?

• I am trying to find a good movie to watch or take a date to; I have seen some but were just o.k., "The Bee Movie", "August Rush", " Dan in Real Life." and I have a DVD of Rush Hour 3 that I had for 1 week but havent watch I have to return to Blockbuster, not sure if I will see it. Tell me what is good out there, I also have the movie "Million Dollar Baby"; had it for over 1 year still in its packing, never watched, is it a good movie? Help!!!! need your good advise.

  Go see Juno. Or rent The Shawshank Redemption, Fight Club, The Devil's Advocate, Waitress, Mean Girls, Braveheart, or Lord of the Rings. Watch that last one with subtitles or you won't get the whole thing, and then only if you like fanstasy. When Gone Baby Gone comes out, you have to rent that. SO good. Best I've seen in a while. Million Dollar Baby is one-half of a boxing movie about a girl going for her dreams and a coach caring for a person again, and the other half is a controversial, political, sort-of manipulative crier ending. If you are more liberal/progressive-minded, you will love it. If you are more into sanctity of life/fame isn't important, it will bother you. You'll either hate it or love it. If you don't think about politics much, you will just love it, because it will easily sway you.
