What's the Da Vinci Code?

Which should I see, The Da Vinci Code or Silent Hill this weekend?

My boyfriend hates cheesy scary movies (I dont know if it is???), but I also don't think he would apprieciate the 'complicated' plot of the Da Vinci Code. I think either would be fine. Whats the best choice?

Da Vinci Code all the way. I loved the book. The movie should be cool. Think of it as an action adventure. I don't think it should be too complicated if you didn't read the book.
