What christmas movie is this?

• okay so i know that its not very specific but i only remember parts of it. really only the beginning and the end. i really enjoyed this movie a lot though and i cant remember what its called! so in the beginning this guy and girl (who are dating) go to the park and its covered in snow and theres these group of kids who are playing in the snow. mostly boys and theres one girl. there's this tunnel thing they made out of snow and the girl is crawling through it but the boys are jumping on top of it and then it collapses and the guy and girl (who are dating) run over and try to help her. and in the ending the guy had to find his girlfriend the perfect christmas gift or else she would die. and the angel guy (he kinda looks jamaican) doesnt let the guy get out of the apartment to stop his girlfriend from helping this little old lady (because his gf will die) and he finally gets out of the apartment and runs outside and he gets hit by the car instead of his gf. and then they wake up in the hospital. thats all i remember. does anybody know what this movie is called?! i really cant remember but its a really good movie! thank you so much!
