What ever happened to Jordan Chandler?

If Michael Jackson did molest Jordan Chandler why didn't they press criminal charges?

  • According to court documents the settlement was a mutual agreement between both parties that neither party did anything wrong in the civil lawsuit. Meaning that Jordan Chandler agreed that he was not harmed and that Michael Jackson was not responsible and also meaning that Jordan Chandler was not extorting Michael Jackson. However, the settlement did not prevent Jordan Chandler from pressing criminal charges against Michael, and did not prevent Michael Jackson from going to jail if guilty of molestation, so why did the Chandler's stop once they got the settlement? If something really did occur, wouldn't they still want to press criminal charges to get the child molester behind bars?     They stopped because they ONLY wanted money. That's what it was all about. Evan was just that greedy to put his son in the middle of everything to get the money from MJ that he asked for when MJ did not willingly give it to him.

As Gavin said - there was no reason to continue. They got their twenty million dollar settlement; Evan Chandler even admitted that the whole thing was about getting what he wanted, not doing what was best for his son. He wanted cash, he got it, there was no reason to press criminal charges. I don't know about any of the 'haters', but if I truly believed my son was being molested by Michael Jackson - I'd want him thrown in prison, regardless of any cash offered. How could any parent accept cash for such something like that? It is beyond me.

Thank you soooooooo much,very well said!! So very true!! Evan Chandler was money hungry and when he got the settlement after all the lies they all moved on. ANY parent that believed their child was molested would of took the molester to court to get that person put behind bars!! So simple everyone-- the Chandlers lied,MJ never touched Jordan or any other boys! TY again for posting this!!
