Answer:
if my calculations are correct thats 6 hours per day of study? Your parent's are correct. this is way to much for a 15 yr old. One of the things that a 15 year old needs is socialization. The "friends" skills you pick up now will help you in your future career as a surgeon. Spend more time with family and friends, learn a sport and pick up a hobby. You have plenty of time, and your dream will be attained if you become a well rounded person Good luck!

Ok... firstly... take a step back and breathe. Got that? Good. Read books would be a good start. It sounds obvious but the more books you read on the course you are willing to take the more you know and the more you can impress with your knowledge. Maybe even go to lectures and stuff if you can. Also, do a good amount of exercise, at least 30-40 mins a day. This clears the mind, lets you think about things and helps you learn more. Hope this was helpful. PS - for my GCSEs last I did a couple of hours in the morning, has lunch. A couple or three hours in the evening. That's four or five hours a day which seemed to be enough to study all subjects. I did more for my AS levels but that's the general idea.

Dude you are spending a quarter of your time studying. That is way more than a quarter of your time, because you didn't subtract sleep from the 168 hours. You need to cool iton the studying. I am extremely happy for you that you have such great goals you would like to achieve. To be a neurosurgeon, involves like 12 years of college ( higher education). If you studay this mauch at 15, you will never make it that far. As far as school related activities, sign up to be a peer tutor. Thats an activity at the school away from your parents. You will be making friends and also re-inforcing your knowledge and studying even more. Get yourself a hobby to do in your free time. You need to spend time with your family and friends. Get out and do some physical activity. It summer!!

What you need is to spend less time studying and to improve the quality of your study time. With Asperger's syndrome, you'll want to discuss your study skills and methods in detail with your mental health professional. Your parents are right that you should have "family time." The best and most time-tested way to achieve that is to have a fixed, immovable interval for "family dinner". But once you are excused from the table you should be free to work on your own until your bed time, which probably should not be later than 11 PM for a 15-year-old.
