why are those who bullied Cho Seung-Hui, who killed 32 people not arrested for their part in the killings of the students? Much like if somone brings up a dog with no love treating it badly then it mauls a child you arrest the owner. Well all this abuse and bullying and lack of friends and relatioships appears to have created this time bomb which went off much like the collumbine massacures etc. ie causeing messed up emotional development with any teachers who let this go. In Switzerland ALL houses have a rifel yet no school shootings. A left wing, socialist caring society. America... competitive, ruthless, money and social hyrachy society. those kicked to the bottom eventually snap much like the film Carrie but with guns instead of pyschkentic powers... In the end its the same thing so why are those who started this not arrests and made an example of to stop these happening again?

Answer:
Truth is? nobody never knows the whole story! yes, it was bad but how much emotion abuse did Seung-Hui Cho get? I was reading somewhere that he got racial abuse? even when he ever tried to join in with a class at school to answer a question! I heard people would make fun of him because his english wasn't clear! they would tell him to go back to China and the guys not even chinese! its so easy for people to drive someone nuts and then wipe their hands clean of abuse they threw at that person? know what I mean? I think America needs a system to deal with these issues! stop the bullying! stop the racisim! stop certain kids from thinking they have the right to label a person and abuse them as they like because their from a good old wholesome American pie family! with everything going for them, they think their so much better than others! its true and everyone knows it. Same as what a guy mentioned about animals! you treat them like crap long enough! they loose it! and become a monster What happened was wrong, it was evil etc but what drove this guy to be like this was also evil! even if he had a scew loose from birth! people still pushed the buttons to trigger his unstable emotions. Maybe he would have done this anyway if everyone was always good to him? we will never know? was he just born evil or a man driven to evil? This will always been an open question, there will never be a correct answer

BECAUSE ITS NOT THERE FAULT! People like you are the problem these days. People need to take responsibility for their own actions and stop blaming everyone else.

then hundreds of people would get arrested and we wouldnt knoe where to find them or even knoe if they bullied him, Cho was bipolar and strange so he did it
I have heard NO evidence that he was bullied. You are making assumptions. He was mentally ill (this has been reported in national newspapers here in Australia).

If only I could get all bullies arrested! America is just like here, it can be a cruel world. People are bullied because they are different in some way, iehaving a quiet personality or having skinny legs. Trouble is that we do not know what has happed behind closed doors in his past.

Nothing can stop these from happening for if you ban guns, there are always other weapons, like sticks and stones. That's the mentality in America and the country was found with such.

A little thing called personal responsiblity. Cho was a cold and cruel monster. Whether or not he was bullied, doesn't matter. Thousands, even millions of children are tormented everyday because of bullies. I would have to say being bullied is a normal part of growing up. Does it hurt? Sure, but there is a lot of pain in this world, but that doesn't mean that is an excuse to kill a bunch of people. Most children who were bullied in school manage to get over it. The shooter? He was a fool.

The reason that they were not arrested is because it would be entirely too subjective to choose who to arrest and also because there wouldn't be substantial proof. Most of the answerers of your question thus far are missing the point of your question. It is true that an individual is ultimately responsible for his or her own actions. Before such tragic actions take place, however, an individual is influenced by those around him or her. The majority of Americans are Christians and believe in God etc... Yet, many seem to have forgotten that (according to Christian doctrine) we are commanded to be our brother's keepers, meaning that we are responsible to be nice to each other and help each other. People are responsible for the influence that they have on others. Those that treat people like crap, or bully people, or are just plain horrible with their behavior towards everyone in general are responsible for their actions and the way they treat others. We are all Hippocrates to a degree, and those that think that they are not are the worst Hippocrates of all. Of course there are levels of bad behavior. Massacring innocent people is horrendous, tragic, wrong, evil, demonic and all things bad. The part that people miss is that just because someone commits one of the worst acts that a mortal being can commit, this does not excuse, negate, erase, let alone justify cruel actions on much lower levels. We cannot measure everything relatively to make ourselves completely inculpable. No matter how much worse someone else's actions are, the actions of a bully or tormentor remain evil and wrong themselves. Those that mistreated Cho are to blame for what they did. They were not there brother's keeper. They were not looking out for the good of those in their community. They too were wrong, and those that subscribe to Christianity need to truly repent for what they did or they are not true Christians. I will restate that an individual is ultimately responsible for his or her own actions. Let's not forget that everyone is responsible for his or her own actions no matter the size or consequence. Those that taunted him are not blameless. This statement would hold true even if he didn't do what he did this last Monday. Back to the question, owing to our judicial system and too much subjectivity, we will most likely never be able to arrest people for being sincere jerks, although the idea sounds nice.
