What time do you normally go to bed?

What time should a freshman in High School go to bed?

  • I go to bed at 9:30. Now, most of the kids say they push it until like 10:00 and 10:30. What time do you make your freshman go to bed/ if you are a freshman, what time do you go to bed/ when you were a freshman, what time did you go to bed?

  • Answer:

    I went to bed at about 11. But I was very tired each day and slept in class lol. I recommend 10.

(I'm a Junior now) When I started HS as a freshmen, my parents said it doesn't matter whn I go to sleep as long as I finish all my work because thts important. In average you should have at least 8 hours sleep because its healthy. But really depends one you. I go to sleep at 12 and wake up at 6 AM. Your bedtime is appropriate lol.

i am a freshman. and the time i go to bed varies on how much hw i have, or if i've watched a tv show. (glee<3 haha.) but usually around 10-10:45
