My sister is 29 yrs old don't have a high school diploma. She taking the Ged test twice already but can't pass

Tell her to read a book and study up. Honestly, this is 8th grade level stuff here, not rocket science. I find it terribly unfortunate that a 29 year old knows less than a 13 year old by today's GED test standards. Try making a suggestion to your sister to take some practice GED tests and to figure out what types of questions she's not doing as well on. Practicing will help get her familiar with the test so maybe she'll be more at ease when she's taking the actual one.

Have her purchase or borrow a GED practice book and study it, if she hasn't already tried that. Have her get a book that gives tips on how to study. I am sure she can find something in a library.

She may have a learning disability like ADD or ADHD, she should see her doctor and maybe get some medication that might help her. If not, I am sorry for her, it's hard to go through life learning disabled!
