College Admission Essay Help?

I am applying for a college prep kind of high school and need help with the admission essay. Can you help?

This is for the Bergen County Academies in NJ. This is the essay which you have to write about yourself and why you are a good candidate for Bergen Academies. I am not sure about to write the essay exactly. Should I write more about myself or write more about why I am an excellent candidate for the Academies? Should I include my accomplishments and what I plan to do in Bergen Academies? I am not sure, so if anyone can help me, please let me know. Also, is five paragraphs enough for the essay? Here is my current outline: Paragraph 1: Introduce myself and tell 3 reasons why I am and excellent candidate for the academies. Paragraph 2: Tell that I know how to balance work and play. Also mention outstanding grades. Paragraph 3: Explain interest in AAST (That's the academy I want to go to) academy. State some points of why you find AAST interesting. Paragraph 4: I am not sure, maybe some accomplishments. Paragraph 5: Restate 3 reasons
