What does the quote from the book "Night" by Elie Wiesel mean?

In the book "Night," by Elie Wiesel, Who is the mouse that Elie met at Buna? How was their life like?

  • My question has to do with the book Night by Elie Wiesel. I have to write a letter pretending that am the mouse that Elie met at Buna. I have to reminisce(to recall past experiences or events) about the life they had at Buna and what they did together. I also have to write about how the life of the mouse was since Elie left and what happened to Idek(the French girl) and the other members of the work crew. I also have to write about what the mouse would want to bequeath(to pass down) to Elie now that the mouse is in it's 80's. The last thing I have to write about is what happened when the Russians arrived.

  • Answer:

Wow. I don't have any answers, but I enjoyed reading your question and thought it quite interesting. I am interested in Elie Wiesel, also. I wish you good luck with your letter.
