What should i do to improve my group discussions ability?which books should i refer for it?

    I don't think reading would help a lot. Instead just remember some points : 1. Group discussion is not a debate. 2. Unlike debate, u need not be for or against a topic. U can be completely neutral about the topic. 3. Be calm and composed. 4. Use only hand gestures & in a decent manner. 5. Keep constant eye conact with all your colleuges. 6. Most importantly ------------ Flaunt confidence. 7. Stay firm on your points even if ur wrong. 8. Speak lies with confidence. 9. Dont argue. 10. Dont pinpoint anybody. 11.
