Help writing a speech?????? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!?

  • I need help writing a speech. Any suggestions on what i could put in my speech. I'm doing my speech on the show I Love Lucy or on lucy herself. I need help right away. I have to give the speech tomorrow. I know i am a procrastinator!!!!! So i really need help. Right now i have nothing!!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

    When I get hung up and don't know what to say I just start talking with my fingers. Just start typing anything that comes into your head. Afterwards you can go back and like a puzzle, put it together how you want. I have no clue about the show, have seen it a couple of times, but here let me take a stab and show you what I mean. I LOVE LUCY. I love Lucy was a comedy popular in the 19??'s starring XXX and XXX. As one of the first, most-loved and most-watched situation comedys in the world of television it was a pioneer show that is still revered by many adoring fans to this day. The show focused around the wacky and zany life of an odd-ball all-American gal who lived with a Latino immigrant. Their friends, an older couple were a bit more grounded, but certainly had habit to let their wild side flair. The show really spoke to the heart of the American people at a time when diversity was not a common thread in society. Just the idea of a Latino male and American woman at the time was a lot to take, nevermind the trouble they got into on the show. I LOVE LUCY pioneered more than the sitcom world, it pioneered in some ways the humanization of diversity by making light of something not commonly accepted in America at the time, inter-racial relationships... So there you go - just give it a try! Caio

I will tell you about the speech that got me an A in high school. I gathered leaves from outside and I sealed them in envelopes. I pssed them out to the class, as well as to the teacher. I told them to wait until I said it was time to open them. After everyone had an envelope in front of them, I said "Ok, open your envelopes." They all did, and pulled out the leaf. I said "Feel the texture of the leaf." They did. I said "Smell the leaf." They did. I said "Rub the leaf on your cheek." They did. Then I said "Today I am going to talk about poison ivy." They pretty much freaked, nd it was verry funny. Of course those were NOT poison ivy leaves, but I had their attention through the rest of my speech. I showed pictures of poison ivy, described where it might be found, described what it does to you, and discussed remedies. All of that information is easy to find on the internet. Hopde this helps!
