What's a good research paper topic ideas?

Can someone help me find a good research paper topic? I know there are millions of sites which help find a topic, but I don't want a topic which people have done before. I would like creative ideas. I most likely will come up with my own topic, but any suggestions? Just so I can pick a topic, give me ideas. Thanks a bunch!
