How much less money will I make owning my own tech support biz if I don't take on "business" customers
-
I'm a decent technician, but I'm a slow learner. I've found that businesses have almost zero tolerance for their tech support being slow to learn anything. Consumers tech support doesn't require nearly as much quick learning, and they're actually appreciative of a tech that can explain things to them. I'm thinking of not taking on any new business customers, and concentrating on consumer tech support. How much less will I make this way?

Answer:
The big money is always in business customers.
