What's the best way to sell on ebay?

  • I have some things I want to sell on ebay, but I rather not do the auction thing. Is having an Ebay store better? That way I can have my items at a fixed price. Also I keep seeing this thing about a verified address. How do I allow only those with verified address to buy my items, so I can keep the risk of being ripped off low. Thanks Sophia

    Hi – I sell on eBay. I profit about $3,500 a month and only work about 6 hours a day. eBay has been my full time job for 4 years and I have sold 12,000 items. I have a store and sell some items on auction, others by store inventory. Regarding the verified address, search eBay help pages to find the steps to code your auction to only allow verified buyers. The best way I have found is to require that all bidders have a Paypal account. This weeds out alot of bad apples up front.
