No 14 year olds cannot use ebay. I would first start off by searching my house for valuable items that you think that others would use on a daily. After that discuss to your mom that you want to mae extra cash the good way and to create an account on ebay and paypal. This will allow you to start off using ebay.

You may need a credit card to register, but there are lots of excellent tutorials right on eBay.

I use ebay and needed a bank account and a credit card to buy anything. If your parents agree, set up a bank account with a set amount of money only for ebay and then back that up with a credit card from your parents. Maybe your parents would get you a credit card in your own name that they would cosign backing up your bank account. Good luck with that.
