Internet buisness HELP...Where to start...similar to ebay you tube etc?

want to start a buisness, i cant really go into much detail but i have a great idea that should attract lots of visitors. What do i need? I have bought a domain name, but im not sure what host to go with... I need a server (i think) that will be able to accomadate a huge amount of bandwidth. My website will need to have a fuction where customers can upload movies, photos and complete a secure checkout. Where can i buy my own server from....what do the likes of ebay, you tube, etc use?? Hope you can help...
