What to do in Philadelphia?

What should I name my Philadelphia Cheesesteak restaurant?

  • My dad and I are opening a Philadelphia Cuisine restaurant based mostly around cheese steaks, hoagies, roast pork, and other Philadelphia traditions. We also plan to focus a large portion of the menu on cafe items(soup, salad, sandwich). We plan to include 30-40% healthy menu options (including a wide vegetarian and glutton-free selection). Our plan is to create a laid back relaxing environment combined with high quality, scratch made products. Our targets consumers would be the professional business class who is looking for affordability, quality, and healthy options on a tight schedule. I am looking for something unique and classy for our name. As of right now, I am leaning towards Philadelphia Grill. Any other ideas?

Asking any employee for the application is fine. No need to ask the manager. Do whichever you wish, take it home or fill it out there. You might be more comfortable taking it home and then bringing it back later. That's what I would do.
