Wanting to set up a small local car wash business, best way to go about it?

• I want to set up a car wash business around my area, I have to travel by foot so cant go too far. Was wondering the best way around this? I will deliver leaflets to the houses in the area I can get to, however I was wondering about other advertisements that will be area specific. When making a leaflet, what prices are reasonable? £5 per wash? (obviously cheaper is better but it needs to be worthwhile) £10 for a wax? Also, I was wondering is it really noticeable if cheap wax is used? also, how do i go about getting them to fill my bucket up for me? Especially if they do not have a hose. advice please! im in England by the way so weather not always great!

  Only you can decide what business is right for you, and the requirements needed to set it up in your particular location. If you simply rely on input from others, and have no practical knowledge in that business, including how to start it and any regulations which may apply, you are virtually guaranteed to fail at it. You will need to create a business plan, in order to determine if it can indeed be a viable venture for you (not for someone else...for you).
