An Oncologist is a Doc that specializes in cancer. He/she is up-to-date on the lastest treatments, course of therapy to specific forms of cancer.

Urologist is lead on any prostate problem. the doc can offer, surgery, radiation, cryosurgery, radioactive implants. At present there is no chemo. if the cancer escapes the encapsule surrounding the prostate and invades the lymph nodes near by, you're toast. the disease spreads up your spine and, altho hormone therapy can slow it and paliative medicine can make it more acceptable, you still die. Best thing is to get surgery ASAP. You testicles will be disconnected and the your erectile length will be reduced from 1 to 2 inches inside.
