How do i send a text through yahoo?

I want to know how to send text msgs to my Brother's cell using yahoo mail?

  • All these days, I was able to log in to my ac n go 2 the mail 4 mobile page n from there go 2 mobile hm n from there use the text msg option n send my brother msgs but today I see I'm not able to find tht option in yahoo.Please guide me n I need an answer as quickly as possible

use messenger go to the smiley click send text message click other contact put the phone number click ok the box comes up put in your message push send thats it also if you know his company you can go to their web site and send from there also

Depending on the Cell Phone provider some actually have an email address system in place so you would be able to send an email/text-message right to the cell phone as a text-message. i.e. [email protected] (substitute x for cellphone numbers) Going to the provider's website should have information as to whether the provider has this capability.
