Car,nt post an item on Freecycle ,the message below explains what is happening,it will let me sign thats all.?

i can sign in ,no problem,but when i try to click on the "post" on the left hand side i only get a strait line and no arrow so i can,nt click on post or anything else.what am i doing wrong. jimmy
