I'm assuming that the motor turns over (the starter motor is spinning the flywheel), it just won't start, right? First, make sure the fuel line is holding pressure (is the primer bulb still firm after you shut off the motor?) Most common cause of hard warm starting is worn float valves in the carbs, let a tiny bit of fuel seep through flooding the motor when you turn it off. Usually when this this is the case, lifting the hi-idle lever about half-way up will cause it to start right up every time. No cause for alarm, you can run it like this until you get fed up with it, but it will keep getting worse. Solution is a carb rebuild -- remove carbs, disassemble, soak overnight in carb cleaner, blow out all passages with compressed air (or aerosol carb cleaner), reassemble with new carb kits, reinstall, link & sync, adjust mixture screws (if equipped). Be sure you are using Champion QL77JC4 plugs gapped at .030, and fresh fuel.
