Will a lower unit on an outboard work on a bigger motor? i have a dt75 and a dt 150?

No No No No! Only use what is manufactured for the outboard motor that you currently have. Very few things ever for automotive, marine, or small engine are truely interchangable for different models.

Quite often they are interchangeable within a certain horsepower range, but not one that large. Gear ratio and physical size should vary drastically on a motor with twice the power.
