Marine gps Eagle 500c,Says gps not responding?

Eagle 500c,Says gps not responding.the gps is not even a year old,It worked great normally takes 2-3 mins to connect to the satellites and no problem.now it just says gps not responding all connections are good,fuse is good,done soft and hard reboot nothing helps?

The internal battery may be bad or the antenna or wire may be bad. Best would be to return for repair.
