How cold can it be outside to work with fiberglass resin?

Would this resin and hardener be good for fiberglass?

  • West systems 105 epoxy resin and 205 or 206 hardener http://www.westsystem.com/ss/#1.1 I am going to be using this for carbon fiber work and wanted to know if I could use it for fiberglass as well?

It will be great for fiberglass.... Much better then Polyester. You will have a stronger, lighter, and less brittle piece. If you get it on your skin, vinegar works great to get it off. It will take longer to cure. Don't remove it from your mould for at least 3 days. It takes longer, but it is a lot better piece and is worth the wait.

It is better than polyester for sure. The different hardeners only effect the speed of set. It will be very strong and flexible. Just cleaned up after using some to make a new hatch. Keep off skin!! Good luck.
