Where to get heating oil in Groton, CT?

In CT where can I go to get my boating licence/class?

• I'm tring to rent a jet ski in CT and it requires that I have a class A motor boat licence...I have no clue....where do I take this class or get my calss A licence??? Is it through the dmv??? or is it through the Department of evironmental protection??? I tried to search online and got more confused...lol I found water ski jump permits and salmon water ski permits through the D.E.P. uhm not sure if this is it or what those are??? I went onto the DMV.org site and it didnt explain anything does anyone out there in yahoo land know where I go in CT took take the boat class/get my class A boat licence so I can rent a jet ski?
