Who hear know the difference between a wave runner and a jet ski???

Who HERE know the difference between hear and here?? My pet PEEVE is people who can't spell....and by the way skis isn't ski's .... oh, and by the way, it's called jet ski or wave runner...who cares....get a life....

Jet ski is a stand up personal watercraft and Waverunner is a sit down watercraft. Jet ski's are more for tricks.

"jet ski's" are for standing up on, they require some pretty good balance, and some skill to ride, they can do tricks, wave runner's are for fat people who are spastic but, still want to ride on the water breaking every rule of safe boating, then pointing at boater's while crying and whinning while getting a ticket by marine law enforcement for being stupid !

since you didn't opt to allow people to email you, about the comment on gas mileage in the Lincoln do you know how and when to reset your gas mileage display? if not your reading is only a over all average you have to once at traveling speed turn on cruise and then reset your MPG then you will see what your gas mileage really is. I have owned one for several years and they do get at least 25 MPG don't like to be made look stupid because you don't know how to check your gas mileage.

All the Kawasaki sit down models are called a "Jet Ski". The original Kawasaki was a stand-up called a jet ski. WaveRunner is a Yamaha. Its just like calling a tissue a kleenex, so whats the big deal?

Jet ski is a registered trade mark of kawasaki co. waverunner is yamahas trademark, its that easy just different names.

I think the handlebar (you hold onto) will go up down on a jet ski.

I've always been under the assumption that jet skis were the ones you stand or knelt on, and wave runners were the ones you sat on. And I get annoyed when people call waverunners jet skis as well lol.
