How to convert MPV to DVD question for Dickson?

DVD Ripping Question: HELP! I'm trying to convert a dvd to wmv, but it will only convert a part of the video

Hello and thank you for responding to this question... Please help me!! I'm trying to convert a very short dvd to wmv format. The dvd is only 1 minute--and I recently converted this dvd from Pal to NTSC. However, now I am trying to convert this same dvd to wmv format (so that I an play it in windows media video). So, I tried using various dvd ripping programs, and each program ONLY CONVERTS 30 SECONDS OF THE DVD TO WMV FORMAT, NOT THE FULL 60 SECONDS. When the ripping software plays& previews the dvd (before I rip it), the software previews the full 60 seconds perfectly, but after I rip it--it only rips & plays 30 seconds. Help me Please. What am I doing wrong???
