IS it spiritual,ethic and moral to misbehave little children. We have done more than 100 days hunger strike in INDIA and we continue protesting worldwide to tell the world that Haridwar D districtic magister is enemyof Haridwar, India and mankind.   I don't know but if he used violence against disabled people then it is highly condemnable & should be removed from his post immediately.
