Best place in India to travel to in August 2010?

  • Hi! My family were planning to travel to Kerala this month (August 2010) but decided against it, due to the outbreak of Dengue fever. Can you please suggest other beautiful/scenic places in India that would be safe to travel to this month? Thanks!

I Must say u must go North eastern India, if u really wish to enjoy whole heartedly and make this ur memorable journey. Visit places like: Meghalaya->Shillong, Cherrapunji Sikkim, Guwahati Cherrapunji is like heaven on earth.........u must visit there once in ur lyftym!!!! Well, decision is urs

Kerala is the best place according to me!! The other places you can visit are- 1. Jammu and Kashmir 2. North-eastern states like Manipur, Nagaland, Assam and especially Arunachal Pradesh...they r just wonderful. 3. You can also have a tour of Rajasthan..there are various tourist attractions here.
