What does BE stand for in Indian railway?

How to reach the following place in ernakulam,guide me from ernakulam town railway station,pls help me.?

• How to reach the following place in ernakulam,guide me from ernakulam town railway station Ashir Bhavan, Kacherippadi, Banerji Road, Ernakulam,Cochin 1)say me the town bus routes from ernakulam railway station and ernakulam main bus stand to the above place. 2)say me the auto /taxi fare to this place 3)say me some average lodge/rooms(average in the sense,100-200 rs per day,no need of tv&ac.but toilet bathroom must be neat.at least average&safety & decent room) near by to the above place.(secondly u may say some hotels near by to bus stand or ernakulam railway station). 4)also pls say me some good hotel to eat some tamilnadu or south indian food with nominal rates. 5)is ernakulam north railway station is same as ernakulam town ,or are they located in different places? thanks a lot in advance.please,please help me.
