I can not. It is amazing how difficult it is to obtain any overview about trains and schedules. Train information seems like one of the best kept secrets of Indian Railways. They make you read through pages and pages of irrelevant schedules and their web sites are so bizarre - you will never find what you are looking for, guaranteed. Why cannot they just copy intuitive and informative web sites which are the standard in so many other countries - and finally simply answer the one question a web site visitor has like "which trains go from x to y and at what times"?

My suggestion to u is not to goto Goa by train from B'lore. There are trains once a week and rather than finding the info about that its better to take a Volvo bus which will cost around 750. Its a 15 hour journey and if u board the bus at around 6PM, u will reach at around 8.30 AM the next day. There are lots of services. You can either book in KSRTC or book online in http://redbus.in/
