well.....usually in October, November..however, it snows again during December last week and January first week....And in case you are going to manali, i would suggest you to surely visit Hadimba mandir and Rohtang pass. Both places are wonderful and dont forget to take your camera...

Hi friend, I think Jan last week and Feb first week is the best for snow fall scenery...this is the best time but if you planning to visit dec 1st week then may be it will not possible...

Snowfall in Manali starts in December 3rd and lasts till Feb 2nd week In December 1st week there is a very less chance to get snowfall in Manali...U may get it if u r lucky enough My advice is go to Manali around Christmas or new year's eve...U will surely get snowfall...
