  Mr. Juan Manuel Rojas, I sympathise with your predicament as someone who's trying to do good work in our country and has encountered an obstacle, but some of your statements seem a little confusing. While I'm not very clear about who Mr. Sudansu and Mr. Tiwari are, if they are government officials, they could be right in denying you land for your NGO. I'm not totally sure about land laws here, but there are restrictions on foreign entities buying/using Indian land. Maybe you were violating some of those unintentionally. I'm pretty sure though that the land cannot be " bought" for Latino American children. Maybe you should clear these doubts up first. As for your contention that you were subjected to violence, if that were the case, I apologise for the actions of my fellow Indians, even if it is only a symbolic gesture. I wish all the very best...
