Answer:
first arrive at bangalore spend one day for sight seeing at bangalore like lal bagh etc next day proceed to mysore stay one day brindhavan srirangapatna thrivenisangama tipu's palace etc are covered by local sight seeing next if u want you can visit udipi kollurmookambikai dharmasthala subramanya and sringeri halabedu etc for one day otherwise skip it then then go to kerala via mangalore calicut cannanore . there if you want you can go to guruvayur temple a night stay will be good and you should have darshan early morning of nirmalya krishna then palghat mazhambuzha dam and then pollachi udumalaipet and palni and important temple at hill then from palni go to kodaikanal hill station . a day at kodaikanal sight seeing then next day mnadurai in madurai meenakshi temple azhagar temple vandiyur teppakulam thirumalainaicker mahal are within madurai city just in the outer thirupparankundram and pazhamudhirsolai azhar koil then madurai to rameswaram and there all the baths in important theerthams and sea bath half day is enough if possible finish them quickly and visit thiruppullaani where navagrahas submerged partly in sea water is important then mandapam and tiruchendur temple and then kanyakumari one day is enough sun rise sun set and temple vivekhanandar rock through ferry in see gandhi mandapam etc then the sucheendram temple the big anjaneya temple . then come via tirunelveli to coutrallam water falls then back to srivilliputhur thirumangalam and theni periya kulam you can go to munnaar thekkadi and reach kerala in kerala quilon tellichery backwaters boat travel is good also south wayaad hill stations tour and also kovalam beech near trivandrum that is all important alternative route suggestion is from mangalore calicut codhin quilon backwaters and munnar thekkady theni periyakulam madurai rameswaram tiruchendur kanyakumari and from there to your home via madras

Better get in touch with a tour operator or a good travel agent in your area. There are many who specializes in Tour operations to different parts of the world/India. South India is a very promising place for tourists as there are many ancient temples, churches, mosques apart from scenic places of nature's beauty. In Kerala, you can visit beautiful beaches as well as backwaters and hilly areas. there are good hill resorts in Munnar and Vagamon in Idukki dist. apart from Thekkady a protected forest area. Backwater tourism in Aleppey dist. is world famous. Kovalam beach in Trivandrum is internationally famous. Parambikulam is another protected forest area in Palghat Dist. Nature's beauty has no limit in Wayanad, north of Calicut. There are three good and international airports in Kerala. Train services are there to connect important cities in North, West and East India. Bus services daily connect nearby cities like Chennai, Bangalore and other cities. Number of hotels may not be many, but rooms can be booked in advance. Suggest visit keralatourism web site so know more.

any tour plan depend on two main factors, i.e. - What is your plan budget for the tour per person for travelling, staying and food etc. - What is the age of the Travellers and how much time they can travel /afford in Bus/ Car and vehicle. Since you are going to enjoy trip, best part should be less time to waste in travel and enjoy more in seeing the place. So long distance should be covered by Air travel and short distance in mini bus to enjoy group. I am sure if your acquainted with South india, you make your own program otherwise go with professional tour like SITA Tour, Thomas Cook or any good South India Tour company and they can guide you better. I agree you must start from Kanyakumari and then move upwards. Many people will provide many opinions and at the end it is completely confusing.

Come on buddy people from all over world want to visit Tirupathi and Puttaparthi but i wonder why you didnt include it in your trip..... May be you are worried about the time that is going to take to visit this places..... Anyways..... you can hire a cab from Bangalore to Mysore.... Why did you miss out Ooty here? I suggest you to go to Ooty from Mysore..... Nov-Dec is the right time to visit ther.... Hiring a cab to Madurai and Kanya Kumari from bangalore is going to be very costly...... it depends on your wish......
