Where is the Gillette firm located in Bangalore?

Is Cochin/Kochi is the best/most developed Indian city?

  • I'm from Delhi.I recently traveled to Cochin which is situated in the beautiful state of Kerala and I noted some of it's key features as I got amazed by the way city looks and of course the mentality of the people. So I thought of researching a bit and I found out some interesting facts. 1,Kochi has emerged as the most liveable city in India followed by Kozhikode, according to a study by the New Delhi-based economics research and data analysis firm Indicus Analytics. It also noticeble that 4 out of 10 places takes are Kerala and 8 in South India. 2,The port city in Kerala,Kochi is rated as one of the best ports in the world.Cochin shipyard is the largest in India.Cochin is the fastest growing maritime gateway to peninsular India. The Port of Cochin is located on the south west coast of India.Amongst all major Indian ports, Cochin is the closest to the International East West Shipping routes. This geo-strategic location of Cochin gives it a distinct advantage. We all know port cities develop faster and the development was visible.More than development, people of different ethincities were there. 3,Cochin is in Kerala which has the highest Human development index in India and of course it's place is third in the world which gives an insight about the lifestyle in Kochi which is far better than any parts in India.I've been to Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad too.Cochin is a posh city compared to all of them. 4,Another interesting fact that I found is about the longest bridge which is at Kerala. Now my findings. 1,I felt that there is no beautiful city like Cochin in India. It is surrounded by water. http://files.t2world.com/uploaded_images/Kochi-725765.jpg 2,The lifestyle at Cochin is one of the best in the world. It is also a the fashion hub.At first I thought Mumbai is the fashion hub but it is only the Bollywood head quarters. Here most of the people are fashionable and it seems like it's quite accepted to show some skin here as I've seen some girls walking without any shame.I'm not blaming.

  • Answer:

1,True.There are many reasons for it.Keralites are more educated, friendly. They accept every cultures and the culture is truely mixed and Kerala is one of the most beautiful place in the world. 2,Cochin port is one of the best port in the world and yes port cities develop so fast compared to other cities and what's the most exciting thing about a port city?Well people in port cities come in contact with other cultures and hence enabling them to learn more about cultures, this leads to transfer of knowledge. This is the reason why Cochin is truely cosmopolitian in nature and the reason why people are liberal. 3,Cochin is better than the above cities mentioned because of the people over there.Keralites are generally not narrow minded as other Indians.A couple of years ago,I've seen a youtube video where a foreigner though that Fort Cochin is not in India. 4,The scenic Kochi backwaters can now boast of an engineering marvel — the longest rail bridge in the country at 4.62km. The bridge is part of a 8.6-km railway link connecting Edappally to Vallarpadam in Kochi, where the shipping ministry has constructed the International Container Transhipment Terminal (ICTT) 1,Cochin is surrounded by water and it is not as polluted as other cities making it more beautiful than other cities. Moreover it's in Kerala which is one of the most beautiful place which is so greenish. 2,Cochites are fashionable.Again Thanks to port.Mumbai city on whole is not as good as Cochin because 60%of the people live in slums and Mumbai has a dark side too.The people who are rich are super rich and poor are super poor which makes the life in Mumbai a big ugly.I've been to Mumbai and people live by partitioning a room into half. With that money, you could get a suite in Cochin. The girls who show skin might be Anglo Indians but I think Keralaites are liberal enough. Also seen some people kissing.
